Anyone Want Hungry For Steak Sandwich?

With my Youtube channel, TheNakedWombat, I occasionally make a video to make fun of the cooking videos. There are heaps of them for people who want to make money off Youtube, cook. It has to be one of the biggest money making genres on Youtube.

I’m not interested in making cooking shows but I do satire them at times. Like my raw foods episodes. Normally what I make aren’t really that edible. Won’t make you sick but they aren’t anything you would want to shove down your throat.

I decided to make one that would taste good and fun to eat and decided to make a steak sandwich. It was fun to make and it really was nice. Fulling too.

Spicy Pasta Yasmin’a

Was cooking with my daughter, Yasmine while throwing food together in an ad hoc mix.

Spicy Pasta Yasmin’a

Ingredients

500g pasta(shape of your choice)

500g mince meat

1-2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 green capsicum

1 shallot

half eggplant

3 slices of pineapple

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 Tbsp Rogan Josh curry paste

1-2 Tbsp BBQ sauce

1/4 cup of water

2 handfuls of shredded cheese(your flavour preference)

Directions

Cook pasta in boiled water. Rapid or boiled, your favour.

Brown mince

Add soy sauce

Stir

Add pepper and shallot

Stir

Add pineapple, eggplant, capsicum

Stir

Add the tablespoon of Rogan Josh curry paste, stir.

Add water and stir.

Stir occasionally.

Strain pasta when cooked and add to food and mix.

Add cheese and stir through.

Serves 6.
